I bought this rail new in 1980. We ran its wheels off for several years, till I rolled it and broke my neck at a party, too much cervesa...
It really wasn't hurt, but ended up in the boneyard anyway, after someone tore up the transaxle. Maybe it waiting for me to mature a bit. Summer of 2001, I looked at it, thought about it, Awe what the heck, lets do it.

Chenowth chassis, 100 inch wheelbase, 4 seat, (I didn't install back seat). 60 hp VW dual port engine, 12 volt electrical system. Chassis has been converted to ball joint suspension. Pedal system, brakes and hyd. clutch by Jamar.

Special thanks to my friend Boyd Simpson for the front suspension and transaxle.
